   Illusions Web Design Terms of service agreement Our Guarantee Illusions Web Design will guarantee that upon delivery of your final release version of your website, that all links, functions, forms, and pages open/function correctly and as requested. This guarantee is and will be void if Illusions Web Design detects, or discovers any of the following: • Any unauthorized changes, uploads, or attempts by the customer/client or any third party. • Non-payment for any services billed at an hourly rate. • Non-payment for any hosting account charges and domain registration fees. Illusions Web Design reserves the right to cancel contract(s) and service(s) based on the above reasons. Illusions Web Designs exclusive Copyright All content data, designs, layouts, images, and graphics created by Illusions Web Design are to be considered intellectual property and by design. Illusions Web Designs will hold exclusive copyright on all website content, data, designs, layouts, images, and graphics created by Illusions Web Design. Copyright Liability Illusions Web Design will not be held liable for any content, images, and statements, provided by the client or any third party, which results in any civil or legal litigation involving the client’s website or the clients business. The client agrees to pay any and all legal expenses incurred by Illusions web Design its employees or any contractor of Illusions Web Design that are a result of any litigation involving the clients website. Illusions Web Design Tag The client agrees that all pages within a client’s site will display a copyright and designing credits link for Illusions Web Design. The client may not at any time remove, cover, modify, or delete this tag in any way. This tag must remain visible to all visitors to the client’s site. Site Development, Maintenance and Deadlines Each company’s website is as unique as each companies business. During the development or maintenance of your personalized website, Illusions Web Design will make every effort to meet any expected time of delivery. Illusions Web Design its employees or contractors will not guarantee any deadline not agreed to in writing by both Illusions Web Design and the client. Right of Refusal Illusions Web Design reserves the right to refuse, cancel service, to any client/client website or websites due to content, images, or data found by Illusions Web Design to be morally questionable, unethical, hazardous, or illegal. Custom Work and Contracts All custom work is billed ant an hourly rate of $25 per hour. All work the client requests will be evaluated and an appropriate quote for cost will be returned to the client. That quote will remain valid for 15 Days. At which time the work will have to be re evaluated and a new quote sent to the client for approval. Once Illusions Web Design receives approval for costs an contract will be sent to the client to sign and return. Signed contract must be returned to Illusions Web Design within 15 days or contract is void. Client Materials, Images, and content The client agrees to deliver all requested data, content, Images and information needed to develop as soon as possible. Quick delivery reduces costs in development. Payment The client agrees to pay 50% off the total cost for all websites, custom work and contract work in advance. This fee is non-refundable. The remaining balance is to be paid upon completion of the work. Note: websites will not be published to the web until remaining balance s paid in full. Any payments not received within 30 of client being notified may incur additional charges. Cancellation of Service Should you decide to cancel service with Illusions Web Design, the client agrees to notify Illusions Web Design in writing 15 days in advance of intended termination date. Email or phone cancellations will not be accepted. Any outstanding balances for contracted or custom work will be billed to the client. Upon cancellation of service, all designs, images, artwork, and web content remain Copyrighted and the property of Illusions Web Design. Rights will not be transferred to the client. Contact information Illusions Web Design makes every effort to keep all clients contact information up to date. In the event we are unable to contact the by client phone or email for a period excess of 45 days, Illusions Web Design reserves the right to cancel service. Client agrees pay in full all remaining charges.
